Train for: SPEED | AGILITY | VERTICAL | EXPLOSIVENESS Putting in the work goes beyond position specific skills. It's important for athletes to stretch themselves to move faster, react quicker, jump higher, and attain explosiveness while being light on their feet. Sports Performance training takes average athletes to new levels. It's the work behind-the-scenes, outside of ordinary practice, that elevates players to be able to make those highlight worthy plays. It's where athletes compete, become mentally and physically stronger, and dig deep to keep going when it hurts. This training will be a jam-packed hour of exercise to improve player's speed, agility, vertical, conditioning, endurance, and stability, with a focus in building a strong athletic mindset. So, let's get to work! Athletes 12-18 years old, club and non-club players, boys and girls, encouraged and welcomed to attend.
