Summer Junior High League

DESCRIPTION: Our Junior High Volleyball League will take place from June through July. The goal of this program is to provide athletes ages 12-14 (or those going into 7th and 8th grade) an opportunity to receive quality training and game-play that elevates their volleyball knowledge and skills. The league consists of 10 training sessions and 5 games. PARTICIPANTS: Girls only, ages 12-14 (or those going into 7th and 8th grade) and/or those who are playing “up” into the 12U - 14U age groups. Players should have some prior volleyball experience (this is NOT a beginner’s league). Athletes should already have basic knowledge of, and be able to execute: passing, digging, overhand serving, and a 3-step hitting approach. COST: Total registration cost - $550/player Deposit - $250 - If submitting a deposit, your remaining balance will be due before the first session. Game Day Tee - $30/player LOCATION: All games and practices will be held at Newhall Church of the Nazarene, Gymnasium (Address: 23857 The Old Rd, Newhall, CA 91321); however, location and schedule changes may occur. If any changes occur, you will be notified by email as soon as possible. TIMES: Practice sessions are scheduled in a 3-hour block; however, all players will only practice for 1.5 hours. For example, if the schedule shows 5:30pm-8:30pm, your player will be assigned from 5:30-7pm OR 7pm-8:30pm. For the first session, we will email you about 1 week prior with your assigned time. TEAM PLACEMENT: After the first sessions are complete, we will email everyone the Roster & Schedule. Please refer to the attachment that will be sent to you for ALL of your assigned times. DEPOSITS: If you pay by deposit, your balance is due in full prior to the first session. We will email you an invoice with your remaining balance about 2 weeks prior to the start date. Please check your spam folder regularly for any missed correspondence from us. REFUNDS: Game Day Tee costs are non-refundable.
